Refund policy
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We want to ensure our customers are satisfied with purchases, so we offer exchanges for all returns in the form of a store credit. If you don’t see yourself falling in love with anything else online, the store credit can also be gifted to someone else.
We recommend you familiarize yourself with our policy before completing your purchase. We kindly ask that you inspect all items upon arrival to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods.
The moment you decide to return your item/s you must follow the process below by emailing us at cuttingedgecountry@outlook.com with the subject line: RETURN & ORDER NUMBER
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
- You have 30 days from date of purchase to have the items returned in the original condition (this includes transit times).
- You must provide proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or bank statement clearly matching the correct amount.
- All items must be returned in NEW condition with all initial tags attached and in tact.
- All items must be returned free of all odors - they must not smell of smoke, perfume or anything else.
- No returns are offered on SALE items unless deemed faulty.
- Damage made to products as a result of incorrect fitting or sizing will not be accepted.
- Due to the volume of orders we receive both online and in store, our method of reimbursement is in the form of a STORE CREDIT only.
PLEASE NOTE
- Do not attempt to send back items without speaking to us prior. If we receive goods in the mail without prior contact, we have the right to ‘return to sender’ the package.
- We will not handle returns over the phone or via social media.
- We have a strict 30 day policy, and no returns will be accepted outside this time.
- Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on jewellery unless deemed faulty.
- All return postage costs are the buyers responsibility - tracked postage is recommended as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit.
- We hold the right to deduct an administration fee of $10 from your exchange if any of these terms are not met.
HOW TO PROCESS
- Email us with Name, Order Number, Item/s being returned, Reason for return.
- We will reply to your email with the return address details for the item to be returned to.
- Upon receipt of your return item you will be emailed a store credit coupon.
SPECIAL ORDERS
We will gladly special order in items should we not have it as a regularly stocked product, subject to the following policy:
- All special orders are subject to a 50% deposit at the time of order.
- No returns will be accepted on special order or non-stock merchandise.
- Special order items and deposits are non-refundable.
- Special orders cannot be cancelled once placed with our suppliers.
- We are not responsible for delays or other unforeseen circumstances that delay delivery of any special order. We will provide an estimate of the lead time required for your item to come in to the best of our ability, however we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event that your product has arrived faulty or damaged, please email us (cuttingedgecountry@outlook.com) describing the fault and images of the product. I will then send all details to the manufacturer to remedy the problem for you.
